STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Please help us to ensure that our member and guest experiences are of the highest quality by reviewing the following studio guidelines.
- Members and guests must be pre-registered to attend. You can register one weeks in advance for all Fitness Studio classes, workshops, and other services. Effective Sept 16, 2023 you can register up to 1 week in advance for all Fitness Studio classes, workshops, and other services.
- If you have registered for a class and then are not able to make it, please cancel your registration early. Early cancelation is up to 3 hours in advance. Less than 3 hours is considered a late cancelation. Beginning September 16, 2023, a penalty of $5 plus GST per class will apply for class no-shows.
- Studio doors will be open 10 minutes prior to scheduled class. We start and finish together. Once class has started there will be no late entries.
- If you registered to attend a class and are not there 5 minutes before class start time, your spot may be given to a member who is standing by. If this occurs, this will be considered a no-show.
- Please bring only what you need. We ask that bags, keys, jackets, phones, etc. be secured in change room lockers. Storage inside the studios is for studio equipment only.
- To ensure the best fitness experience, and safety for all our participants, once a class has started entry is not permitted. The expectation is that participants stay for the entire duration of the class to avoid disrupting others. We ask that after your participation in class, you clean and replace your equipment in the designated spots.

Studio 40
Welcome to Studio 40 Body & Mind. Please help us to ensure that our member and guest experiences are of the highest quality by reviewing the following studio guidelines:
- Please set up mindfully – respect the serenity of the room. Yoga is as much a mental practice as it is a physical practice. We ask that if you must converse before or after class, you do so quietly outside of the studio so as not to disturb the practice of others. Phones and bags are not permitted in this space to assist with a pure practice.
- When taking a heated yoga class, it’s important to pay close attention to the way your body is feeling. Certain medical conditions may be exacerbated due to heat exposure.
We hope you enjoy your experience at Studio 40. Namaste.
